Born Voronezh, Russia, Anna began to study the cello at age 7.
She continued her studies with teacher T. I. Tumaeva, obtaining her bachelor diploma at the College of Music M. Rostropovich of Voronezh.
In 2008 she started her academic studies at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow under the guidance of teacher O. Galochkina, receiving the master diploma with honours in cello performance in 2013.
Afterwards she attended the doctoral program in cello performance “Studio for New Music” at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow, graduating in 2015.
Anna has attended several masterclasses with renowned musicians and ensembles such as the Quartetto Prometeo, the Tana-quartet, and with cellists Francesco Dillon, Enrico Bronzi, Ditta Rohmann, Ernst Reijseger.
Awarded in numerous national and international competitions, Anna has performed in major venues as a soloist and in Chamber Music Ensembles, both in Russia and abroad, as for instance at the “Festival of modern music in Darmstadt”, Germany, “Studio of new music Autumn Festival”, Moscow, “Casa del Quartetto di Reggio Emilia”, Italy.
Beside her solo, chamber music and teaching activities, Anna has regularly participated in tours with major orchestras in many different countries such as Spain, France, America, Canada, Germany, USA, Japan, United Kingdom.
